Al final del texto os dejamos el enlace de la Orden del Ministerio de Sanidad SND/399/2020 de 9 de Mayo, que regula la fase 1 de la desescalada y sustituye a la Orden SND/399/2020 publicada el 3 de Mayo que queda derogada.
Esta orden recoge las condiciones definitivas para la reapertura en la fase 1 de establecimientos y locales comerciales minoristas y de prestación de servicios, actividades de hostelería y restauración, entre otros.
Como novedad importante se han incluido entre los establecimientos que pueden proceder a su reapertura al público, a los concesionarios de automoción, las estaciones ITV y los centros de jardinería y viveros de plantas, independientemente de su superficie, pero siempre mediante cita previa.
Igualmente, podrán proceder a su reapertura al público las entidades concesionarias de juego público de ámbito estatal, a excepción de aquellos que se encuentren ubicados dentro de centros comerciales o parques comerciales, sin acceso directo e independiente desde el exterior.
