- Cuenta con un software actualizado en tu ordenador Es primordial que cualquier ordenador de una empresa cuente con un antivirus. De no ser así, estarás expuesto a que un hacker entre al sistema y espíe todos los movimientos de la organización. Si tu ordenador no está protegido, no entres en ninguna carpeta que tenga información comprometida.
Por otro lado, no vale de nada tener un antivirus y no actualizarlo, por lo que debes activar la opción de
actualización automática. Y además sería conveniente que cada cierto tiempo se revisaran todos los hardwares y softwares de la empresa para valorar qué riesgos existen.
- Utiliza claves de bloque tanto en tu ordenador como en tu móvil Es recomendable que utilices claves de bloqueo en tu móvil y en tu ordenador para que nadie pueda acceder a ninguna información que tengas en tus archivos.
- No crees claves fáciles de adivinar Evita crear claves sencillas como “12345” o la fecha de tu nacimiento. Incluye mayúsculas, minúsculas, signos de puntuación y números para tener una contraseña segura.
Y si utilizas más de un ordenador, no utilices la misma clave.
- No des información privada a nadie Muchos hackers se hacen pasar por informáticos para pedir información relevante de la empresa. Y lo hacen por teléfono o a través del correo. Asegúrate bien quién es esa persona antes de dar ninguna información.
- Ojo con los correos sospechosos A los ciberdelincuentes les encanta robar las listas de los correos de los clientes para crearse identidades falsas y hacerse pasar por personas reales.
Es muy importante que estés alerta si recibes un correo sospechoso y enseguida lo borres y avises sobre ello.
- No conectes dispositivos extraíbles no autorizados Cualquier dispositivo extraíble personal (pen, disco duro, MP4…) podría infectar el sistema con un virus. No los conectes sin que te autoricen.
- No instales programas sin autorización Tampoco te descargues nada del ordenador sin autorización. Muchos virus se esconden tras programas de juegos y similares para acceder a la información de una empresa o infectarla con un virus.
- Conciencia a los empleados Todos los empleados deberían conocer la política de seguridad que la empresa tiene. Y se debería aprovechar en las reuniones para alertar de los posibles riesgos que puede correr la empresa si no se actúa con seriedad ante estos temas tan delicados.
