En BOA de 07/08/2020 se han establecido dos líneas de subvención:
1. PRIME – CUENTA AJENA
Objetivo: Fomentar la Contratación indefinida o la contratación temporal o duración
determinada de al menos 24 meses de duración determinada.
Requisitos:
– Contratación a jornada completa
– Que la contratación suponga incremento neto de la plantilla del centro de trabajo
respecto a los 30 días anteriores a la contratación
– La remuneración bruta no podrá ser inferior a las cuantías resultantes de multiplicar
el SMI anual x entre 1,2 y 1,6 dependiendo del grupo de cotización del trabajador.
Colectivos subvencionables:
– De larga duración (12 meses desempleado e inscrito como demandante de empleo)
– Mayores de 52 años (desempleado e inscrito al menos el día anterior a la
contratación )
– Que hubiesen perdido su empleo anterior en el marco de la crisis de la COVID-19
(desempleados e inscritos que hayan perdido su empleo a partir del 14 de marzo de
2020)
– Desempleados en general
Cuantía de la subvención: Dependiendo de la modalidad de contratación y del colectivo al
que pertenezca el trabajador y grupo de cotización de seguridad social tendrá un importe
mínimo de 3.990 euros hasta un máximo de 10.000 euros ( incluido importe adicional 5%
por ser mujer o que el centro de trabajo esté ubicado en municipio de menos de 5.000
habitantes y 25% en caso de mujer víctima de violencia de género ).
Obligaciones: Entre otras mantener al trabajador durante un mínimo de 2 años en el mismo
grupo de cotización y a jornada completa.
1. PRIME – AUTÓNOMOS
Objetivo: Favorecer una segunda oportunidad para personas que hubiesen cesado con
carácter definitivo en su actividad como trabajadores autónomos y que se establezcan
nuevamente por cuenta propia.
Requisitos:
– Haber ejercido anteriormente una actividad como profesional autónomo por cuenta propia y haber cesado con carácter definitivo en la misma.
– Permanecer desempleado e inscrito como demandante de empleo, al menos, desde
el día inmediatamente anterior al alta.
Cuantía de la subvención: Dependiendo de si el cese ha sido posterior o anterior al 14 de
marzo de 2020, la subvención será entre 3.400 euros y 4.533,00 euros. (incrementos
adicionales 10% en caso de ser mujer y 10% en caso de domicilio fiscal o actividad en
municipio de menos de 5.000 habitantes).
Obligaciones: Entre otras mantener al trabajador en la misma jornada y grupo de cotización
durante un mínimo de 2 años. Mantener la plantilla media de alta en la empresa durante al
menos seis meses posteriores a la contratación.
Ambas líneas serán subvencionadas cuando las contrataciones o las altas en el Régimen
Especial de Trabajadores Autónomos se efectúen entre la entrada en vigor de esta Orden y
el 31 de octubre de 2.020.
