En Aragón, según contestación de la Dirección General de Tributos del Gobierno de Aragón a la consulta tributaria al respecto, solo serán deducibles en la declaración de la renta 2015, las primas pagadas durante ese año en el seguro de salud cuando la contratación sea individual y no colectiva.
Aclarar que existen colectivos que contratan seguros de salud colectivo que luego recobran a sus suscriptores, en este caso tampoco será deducible.
