1. Suspensión de plazos en el ámbito de actuación de la Inspección de Trabajo y Seguridad Social.

Se refuerzan los mecanismos de control y sanción para evitar comportamientos fraudulentos en la percepción de las prestaciones, regulándose las sanciones y estableciéndose una responsabilidad empresarial que implica la devolución por parte de la empresa de las prestaciones indebidamente percibidas por sus trabajadores
3. Se amplía la cobertura de la prestación por desempleo a los trabajadores despedidos en periodo de prueba de un nuevo trabajo durante el estado de alarma.
4. Se incrementa el ámbito de aplicación de los ERTEs por causa de fuerza mayor para cubrir caídas significativas de actividad en aquellos sectores considerados esenciales que también han visto reducidos sus ingresos. Ahora se les permitirá presentar un ERTE para incluir a trabajadores no indispensables para su actividad esencial.
5. Se prórroga a 2 meses hasta pasado el estado de alarma el carácter preferente del trabajo a distancia en los casos en los que sea posible, así como el derecho de adaptación del horario y reducción de la jornada
6. Se aprueba la reducción de las cotizaciones para determinados trabajadores agrarios durante los periodos de inactividad en 2020 o se simplifica del procedimiento para el aplazamiento de deuda de la Seguridad Social.
7.- Protección de los trabajadores fijos discontinuos y se amplía la cobertura establecida en el Real Decreto-ley 8/2020 a los trabajadores que no hayan podido reincorporarse a su actividad en las fechas previstas como consecuencia de la pandemia y que no cumplen el requisito de situación legal de desempleo, o no pueden acceder a la prestación por desempleo por carecer del periodo de cotización necesario.
8.- Se amplía la posibilidad de contratar ahora con una mutua a aquellos autónomos que con fecha 1 de junio de 2019 no se adhirieron a ninguna mutua.
