Normativa de referencia: Orden EIE 469/2016, de 20 de mayo publicada en BOA de fecha 30/05/2016.
1.- Desempleados e inscritos en la oficina de empleo que se establezcan como:
Beneficiarios:
- Trabajadores autónomos y que realicen la actividad en nombre propio
- Que formen parte, en calidad de autónomos, de sociedades civiles o comunidades de bienes
- Que constituyan una sociedad limitada unipersonal y desarrollen su actividad en la misma.

3.000 € desempleados en general

– Haber permanecido desempleado e inscrito como demandante de empleo durante, al menos, los 3 meses anteriores al inicio de la actividad. No se exigirá el citado periodo de 3 meses, aunque sí deberán encontrarse desempleados e inscritos los colectivos indicados (*)
– Estar dado de alta, con carácter previo a la presentación de la solicitud de subvención.
– Realizar la actividad económica de forma exclusiva.
– Contar con un Plan de empresa de la actividad proyectada, acompañado de un informe elaborado por la Cámara de Comercio.
– Haber realizado, en el período comprendido entre los 3 meses anteriores al inicio de la actividad y la fecha de solicitud de la subvención, una inversión en inmovilizado necesaria para el desarrollo de la actividad por una cuantía no inferior a 5.000 euros, sin incluir I.V.A.

2.- Incentivo a la consolidación de proyectos
Beneficiarios:
Autónomos beneficiarios de la subvención al establecimiento como trabajadores autónomos que hubiesen alcanzado el primer año de actividad.

– Haber sido beneficiario de la ayuda al establecimiento como trabajador autónomo.
– Haber permanecido de alta en Régimen Especial de Trabajadores Autónomos en el momento de solicitar este incentivo

1.200 € para menores de 30 años en el momento de solicitud de este incentivo

3.- Subvención Financiera
Beneficiarios:
Desempleados que se establezcan como trabajadores autónomos o por cuenta propia y concierten un préstamos con una entidad financiera para financiar inversiones en inmovilizado
| Cuantía | Requisitos |
|
Equivalente a la reducción de hasta 4 puntos del tipo de interés fijado por la entidad de crédito.
Límite: Hasta 4.000 €
|
– El importe del préstamo ascenderá como máximo al 70% del total de las inversiones en inmovilizados materiales o intangibles – Los préstamos subvencionables tendrán un máximo de 25.000 euros – Formalización del préstamo en el período comprendido entre los 3 meses anteriores al inicio de la actividad y los 12 meses posteriores – El préstamo se concederá por entidades de crédito que tengan suscrito convenio con el Instituto Aragonés de Empleo – No cabe amortización o cancelación anticipada del préstamo |
4.- Asistencia Técnica
Beneficiarios:
Desempleados que se establezcan como trabajadores autónomos o por cuenta propia y realicen la contratación de servicios externos de asistencia técnica.
Finalidad:
Financiación parcial de la contratación de servicios externos para mejorar el desarrollo de la actividad empresarial, así como de estudios de viabilidad, organización, comercialización u otros de naturaleza análoga.

| El 75% del coste de los servicios prestados.
Límite: Hasta 2.000 € |
– Los servicios de asistencia técnica deberán ser prestados por personas naturales o jurídicas especializadas que reúnan garantías de solvencia profesional con experiencia mínima de 2 años en actividades de consultoría. |
Plazo de solicitud: En los doce meses posteriores a la fecha de inicio de la actividad.
5.- Subvención para Formación
Beneficiarios:
Desempleados que se establezcan como trabajadores autónomos o por cuenta propia que reciban formación.
Finalidad:
Financiación parcial de cursos de dirección y gestión empresarial recibidos por el trabajador autónomo al inicio de su proyecto de autoempleo.

El 75% del coste de los servicios prestados.
Límite: Hasta 3.000 €
|
– La formación será impartida por asociaciones de trabajadores autónomos, centros colaboradores del INAEM, centros universitarios, escuelas de negocio u otras entidades especializadas con garantías de solvencia profesional. – Las acciones formativas desarrollas entre los tres meses anteriores al inicio de la actividad y los doce meses posteriores a dicho inicio. |
Como siempre recomendamos ponerse en manos de profesionales a fin de comprobar si se cumplen los requisitos, que no le afecta ninguna de las exclusiones previstas por la normativa y poder presentar la solicitud en plazo.
