Con la negativa por escrito de tres compañías, el Consocio de Compensación de Seguros te hace la póliza, pero solo con las garantías del Obligatorio en daños a terceros (no Lunas, no asistencia, etc.)
7. ¿Tengo un vehículo que no lo uso nunca, estoy obligado a tener un seguro?
Si, siempre esta obligado a tener un seguro de circulación, solo no están obligados los que estén
dados de baja en tráfico.
8. Los vehículos no matriculados están obligados a tener un seguro.
Un ejemplo puede ser una carretilla, que al no tener matricula no puede circular en vías públicas, solo
en recintos de las instalaciones de las empresas, en este caso la póliza de rc de la empresa cubrirá los daños no derivados de la circulación, y en este caso si deben de tener seguro de ciclación las RC de
empresa excluyen siniestros derivados de circulación.
9. ¿Qué modalidades, (garantías) hay en el Seguros de Autos?
- Terceros+ lunas+Av
- Terceros completos
- Todo Riesgo con y sin franquicia

El parte amistoso se crea para ganar rapidez en el tramite del siniestro y que los perjudicados sean
indemnizados de forma más rápida, evitando reclamaciones y juicios que alarguen los tramites.
