En BOA de 01 de abril de 2022 se ha publicado la Orden 363/2022 por la que se convocan
las Subvenciones del programa para el fomento y consolidación del empleo autónomo
del Gobierno de Aragón (Orden 35/2021)
Las principales líneas subvencionadas son:
1.- Subvención al establecimiento como trabajador autónomo
Prevista para desempleado e inscrito en la oficina de empleo que se establezca como
autónomo persona física, sociedad civil o comunidad de bienes.
Beneficiarios/Requisitos:
➢ Desempleado e inscrito durante al menos los dos meses inmediatamente anteriores
a la fecha de inicio de actividad, excepto en los siguientes supuestos:
– Jóvenes menores de 30 años
– Personas con discapacidad
– Mujeres víctimas de violencia de género
– Personas transgénero
– Personas que hayan finalizado su formación en una Escuela Taller o Taller de Empleo
– Personas que desarrollen su actividad en localidad de menos de 500 habitantes
➢ Haber hecho una inversión mínima de entre 500 euros y 4.500 (dependiendo del
supuesto)
Cuantía de la subvención:
3.000 euros para desempleados en general
4.000 euros para desempleados menores de 30 años, mayores de 45 años y parados de
larga duración
6.000 euros personas con discapacidad, mujeres víctimas de violencia de género, personas
transgénero.
* 10% adicional en determinados supuestos
2.- Subvención al fomento del relevo generacional
Tiene por objeto facilitar la continuidad del negocio más allá de la vida laboral de su
promotor y fomentar la transmisión de la actividad empresarial, siendo la actividad
subvencionable en este caso el hecho del traspaso.
Beneficiarios/ Requisitos:
➢ El sucesor deberá ser desempleado e inscrito durante al menos el día
inmediatamente anterior a la fecha de alta como autónomo
➢ Que la transmisión sea motivada por la situación de incapacidad permanente total,
absoluta o gran invalidez, por jubilación o muerte de la persona titular del negocio
➢ Que el negocio objeto de transmisión tenga una antigüedad superior a 3 años
➢ Que el negocio que se traspasa esté situado en un establecimiento comercial y que
el adquiriente mantenga al menos la misma o similar actividad y la ejerza en el
mismo local
➢ Que no hayan transcurrido más de seis meses entre la baja en el Régimen Especial
de Trabajadores Autónomos del titular a suceder y el alta del sucesor
➢ Que la transmisión se realice mediante contrato de traspaso elevado a escritura
pública, con indicación expresa del relevo y detalle de inmovilizado y mercaderías
Cuantía de la subvención:
4.000 euros si el beneficiario es un hombre
4.500 euros si la beneficiaria es una mujer
6.000 euros personas con discapacidad, mujeres víctimas de violencia de género, personas
transgénero.
* 10% adicional en determinados supuestos
3.- Subvención a la consolidación de proyectos
Es una ayuda complementaria para autónomos que recibieron la subvención de
establecimiento como autónomos en el año anterior, se han mantenido de alta durante 12
meses ininterrumpidos y se mantienen de alta actualmente.
Cuantía de la subvención:
1.100 euros en general
1.200 euros si la beneficiaria es una mujer
1.300 euros si es menor de 30 años actualmente
4.- Subvención a la incorporación al negocio familiar de trabajadores autónomos
colaboradores
Tiene por objeto la incorporación al negocio de un trabajador autónomo en activo de
familiares que se establezcan como autónomos colaboradores.
Beneficiarios/Requisitos:
➢ El sucesor deberá ser desempleado e inscrito durante al menos el día
inmediatamente anterior a la fecha de alta como autónomo
➢ Que figure desempleado e inscrito como demandante de empleo al menos desde el
día inmediatamente anterior a la fecha de su alta en autónomos.
➢ Que sea cónyuge, pareja estable no casada, ascendiente, descendiente o tenga
relación de parentesco hasta el segundo grado de consanguinidad o afinidad de la
persona titular del negocio
➢ Que se incorpore como autónomo colaborador
➢ El colaborador y el titular deben trabajar en el mismo lugar de manera habitual y no
de forma esporádica o puntual
Cuantía de la subvención:
2.000 euros si el beneficiario es un hombre
2.500 euros si la beneficiaria es una mujer
3.000 euros personas con discapacidad o personas transgénero.
* 10% adicional en determinados supuestos
5.- Subvención a la contratación del primer trabajador por cuenta ajena por parte de
un autónomo
Tiene por objeto favorecer el crecimiento del proyecto de autoempleo y fomentar el empleo
de personas desempleadas.
Requisitos:
➢ La persona contratada deberá haber permanecido desempleado e inscrito como
demandante de empleo al menos desde el día inmediatamente anterior a la fecha
de su contratación.
➢ El contrato se formalice dentro de los primeros 24 meses a contar desde el inicio de
actividad del autónomo
➢ Los contratos tienen que tener una jornada mínima del 50% de la jornada ordinaria
Cuantía de la subvención:
4.500 euros si es un contrato indefinido, a jornada completa y el contratado es hombre
5.000 euros si la persona contratada es mujer o persona transgénero
* Incrementos adicionales en determinados supuestos
* En caso de contrato a tiempo parcial el importe de la subvención se reducirá en la misma
proporción que la jornada.
6.- Subvención financiera
Tiene por objeto reducir intereses, hasta cuatro puntos del tipo de interés fijado, de los
préstamos destinados a financiar las inversiones y otros gastos necesarios para la puesta en
marcha y desarrollo de la actividad

presentar la solicitud en plazo, teniendo en cuenta:
Periodo subvencionable: Actuaciones subvencionables llevadas a cabo entre el 01 de
octubre de 2021 y el 30 de septiembre de 2022

Un mes desde el inicio de la actuación objeto de subvención o en caso de haberse
producido en el periodo transitorio entre el 01 de octubre de 2021 y el 01 de abril de 2022,
un mes desde el día siguiente a su publicación el 01 de abril de 2022.
