Cambios en la normativa PLANES DE PENSIONES
El pasado 1 de enero entró en vigor la Ley 11/2020. de 30 de diciembre, de Presupuestos Generales del Estado para el año 2021, en los que se contempla una reducción del importe máximo de desgravación en los planes de pensiones individuales, pasando de 8.000 € a 2.000€.
La Asociación de Instituciones de Inversión Colectiva y Fondos de Pensiones (INVERCO) por su parte, asegura que se verán afectados más de 7,5 millones de españoles que cuentan con planes de pensiones individuales y casi un millón más de miembros de los Planes de Previsión Asegurados (PPA).
Estas cifras indican que muchas personas que, actualmente, están aportando más de 2.000€ anuales a su plan de pensiones, buscarán alternativas para ahorrar o invertir su dinero, que ofrecen ventajas fiscales como los planes de individuales de ahorro sistemático o PIAS -un seguro de vida que permite un ahorro a largo plazo-, SIALP, seguros individuales de ahorro a largo plazo, los unit linked -producto que aúna las ventajas de un seguro de vida y un fondo de inversión-, y los fondos de inversión.
SUBVENCIONES A LA HOSTELERIA
CIRCULAR INFORMATIVA: SUBVENCIONES DGA DEPARTAMENTO DE INDUSTRIA, COMPETITIVIDAD Y DESARROLLO EMPRESARIAL
En el B.O.A del 12 de ENERO de 2021, se ha publicado la convocatoria de ayudas a autónomos y PYMES para actuaciones de infraestructuras afectadas de la COVID-19 en hostelería
Beneficiarios:
- Establecimientos hoteleros, balnearios, campings, casas rurales, albergues o refugios, restaurantes, cafeterías, empresas de turismo activo y agencias de viaje inscritos en el registro de establecimientos turísticos.
- Bares que acrediten su actividad con modelo 036,037 o certificado Agencia Tributaria.
- Empresas de banquetes y de servicios de hostelería para eventos que acrediten su actividad con modelo 036,037 o certificado Agencia Tributaria.
- No se consideraran las actuaciones en apartamentos turístico y viviendas de uso turístico
Actuaciones subvencionables: Todas deben estar efectuadas y pagadas desde el 25 de junio de 2020 hasta 15 de septiembre de 2021
- Cerramientos fijos de terrazas exteriores e interiores, jardineras, barandillas de protección o similares.
- Ampliación o instalación de nuevas terrazas exteriores en calzadas y/o aceras mediante la instalación de tarimas o pavimentos de carácter móvil.
- Calefactores, puertas automáticas de acceso al establecimiento o en el interior de los mismos.
- Mamparas o elementos delimitadores, dispensadores fijos de gel hidroalcohólico, grifos y secadores de manos automáticos.
- Instalación de iluminación con detección presencial, elementos de ventilación o climatización en el interior de los establecimientos, instalación de elementos fijos de almacenamiento que faciliten las labores de limpieza y desinfección, instalación de elementos no fungibles de desinfección.
- Instalación de elementos de señalización para facilitar el flujo de personas, instalación de elementos de toma de temperatura.
- Inversiones en procesos de trabajo digitales
- Inversiones en proyectos técnicos que hayan tenido que realizarse para efectuar todas estas actuaciones.
Importe de las ayudas:
- Hasta un máximo del 50% de la inversión, siendo necesario acreditar una inversión mínima de 1.500 € y máxima de 10.000 € por establecimiento. A mayor puntuación se aplicara un mayor porcentaje de subvención.
- La puntuación se valorara según; el tipo de proyecto, el esfuerzo inversor y el ámbito territorial.
Plazo de presentación de solicitudes y documentación a presentar:
El plazo será de 20 días hábiles desde el día siguiente a la publicación del extracto de la presente convocatoria en el BOA. (en principio hasta el 9 de febrero de 2021)
La solicitud deberá hacerse de forma electrónica.
Documentos:
- Memoria descriptiva y/o proyecto si fuera necesario
- Facturas o presupuestos
- Modelos 036, 037 o certificado censal, NIF o CIF
- En caso de poseerlo certificado de “Compromiso con la calidad turística”, “Turismo Seguro”, “ Hostelería segura” o “Q de calidad”
- Certificados de estar al corriente de pagos con Seguridad Social, Agencia Tributaria y Comunidad Autónoma.
- Ficha de terceros.
PRORROGA EN LOS ERTES Y AYUDAS A AUTONOMOS
27 de enero , además de haber Prorrogado de los ERTES de FUERZA MAYOR desde el 1 de febrero hasta 31 de mayo de 2021 las varias líneas de ayuda a autónomos desde el 1 de febrero hasta 31 de mayo de 2021
- Autónomos con actividad suspendida 50% de la base mínima de cotización + 20% si es familia numerosa
- Autónomos que no pueden acceder a la de cese de actividad y que acrediten una disminución de ingresos dentro de los limites establecidos
- Autónomos de temporada.
De todas formas, todas estas medidas están salido publicadas con fecha de ayer y todavía están ultimando los detalles, forma de solicitarlo, etc.
