En el B.O.P.H del 8 de JULIO de 2020, se ha publicado la convocatoria de
subvenciones a actividades empresariales como medida de reactivación frente al
impacto económico originado por la COVID-19 de acuerdo con la publicación de las
“Bases para la concesión de subvenciones a actividades empresariales como
medida de reactivación frente al impacto económico originado por la COVID-19 del
3 de junio de 2020 (BOPHU 104)
Beneficiarios:
Todas aquellas personas físicas o jurídicas, legalmente constituidas, que lleven a
cabo una actividad económica en el término municipal de Binefar y que cumplan los
requisitos establecidos en la base cuarta de la convocatoria.
1ª CIRCUNSTANCIA SUBVENCIONABLE: ACTIVIDAD DESARROLLADA POR UNA
PERSONA AUTÓNOMA O UNA EMPRESA DE HASTA 10 TRABAJADORES.
2ª CIRCUNSTANCIA SUBVENCIONABLE: ACTIVIDAD DESARROLLADA POR UNA
PERSONA AUTÓNOMA O UNA EMPRESA DE MAS 10 TRABAJADORES INCLUIDA EN
LOS SECTORES DE COMERCIO MINORISTA U HOSTELERÍA.
Dichas actividades serán subvencionables siempre y cuando se hayan visto
afectadas por el cierre del establecimiento, o no siendo este el caso, haya sufrido
una reducción de su facturación calculada como media la de los meses de abril y
mayo de 2020, de al menos el 50 % en relación con la media efectuada en el
semestre natural anterior a la declaración del estado de alarma.
La actividad afectada por el cierre del establecimiento o actividad
profesional, no deberá haberse visto compensada por un incremento de la
facturación mediante un incremento del volumen de negocio online o telefónico.
Serán subvencionables los gastos del 14 de marzo al 30 de junio de 2020
siguientes:
Coste del alquiler del local
Intereses Hipoteca del local en propiedad donde se desarrolla la actividad
Costes suministros luz, gas, seguros y otros gastos del local en el que se desarrolla
la actividad
Costes de asesoría o gestoría por tramitaciones de cese de autónomos o ERTE
Intereses de préstamos o pólizas de crédito para el ejercicio de la actividad
Gastos de material sanitario, adaptación del local, pantallas protectoras, detectores
de temperatura, aparatos de desinfección, y en general todos aquellos vinculados
con la prevención ante la COVID-19
Gastos derivados de la creación o participación en una plataforma de solución de
pago sin contacto (costes de alta y configuración TPV virtuales)
El importe de la subvención, será con carácter general, del 75 % de los gastos
subvencionables, con un máximo por autónomo o empresa de 2.000 €. A esta
cantidad podrá ser superior para los casos detallados en el punto SEPTIMO, Criterios
objetivos y cuantía de la subvención, de las Bases para la concesión de subvenciones
a actividades empresariales como medida de reactivación frente al impacto
económico originado por la COVID-19 (BOPHU 104, de 3 de junio de 2020)
Importante
Las solicitudes se realizarán vía telemática. En caso de no poderse realizar por vía
telemática, previa cita, podrá tramitarse por correo electrónico
Las cuantías fijas anteriores se podrán incrementar según variables que tendrán en
cuenta el no de trabajadores y se han visto afectados o no por un ERTE.
Plazo de presentación de solicitudes:
El plazo estará abierto 20 días hábiles desde el día siguiente a la publicación en el
BOPH, es decir el día 8 de julio de 2020
