En el B.O.A del 28 de junio de 2021, se han publicado las convocatorias de ayuda en las
siguientes actuaciones:
DEPARTAMENTO DE HACIENDA Y ADMINISTRACIÓN PÚBLICA
1º * OBJETO: Ayudas de apoyo a la solvencia empresarial en respuesta a la pandemia COVID-
19, financiadas por el Gobierno de España.
Estas ayudas deberán aplicarse a la satisfacción de la deuda y pagos a proveedores y otros
acreedores, así como los costes fijos incurridos, siempre que se hayan devengado entre el 1 de
marzo de 2020 y 31 de mayo de 2021 y procedan de contratos anteriores al 13 de Marzo de
2.021
2º * REQUISITOS:
– Tener acreditada una actividad que se clasifique en uno de los CNAE previstos en el Anexo de la Convocatoria.- Que el volumen anual de operaciones declarado (modelo 390) haya caído en 2020 más
de 30% respecto al de 2019.
– No haber declarado en el IRPF correspondiente al ejercicio 2.019 un resultado neto
negativo de las actividades o en su caso una Base imponible negativa en el Impuesto de
Sociedades de dicho ejercicio.
– Deberá mantener la actividad por lo menos hasta el 30 de junio de 2022, no acordar ni
repartir dividendos durante 2021 y 2022 y no aprobar incrementos en las retribuciones
de la alta dirección durante un período de dos años desde la concesión de la
subvención.
3º* CUANTÍAS : Se determinará de la siguiente forma:
– Con carácter general, el 40% de la caída del volumen de operaciones que supere el 30%
mencionado. Si el solicitante tiene más de 10 empleados el límite será del 20% de la
caída. En ningún caso la ayuda será inferior a 4.000 € ni superior a 200.000 €
– Si los solicitantes se encuentran en el régimen de módulos el limite máximo será de
3.000 €
– La ayuda será de 3.000 € cuando los solicitantes hayan tributado en el régimen
simplificado del Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido y cuando hayan iniciado la actividad
con posterioridad a l 1 de enero de 2.020
4º* JUSTIFICACION. Sólo se admitirán pagos bancarios, si el importe de la ayuda es inferior a
6.000 € la justificación se hará mediante declaración responsable, si el importe está entre 6.000
€ y 20.000 € se hará mediante la presentación de la cuenta bancaria justificativa, donde se
incluya la relación clasificada de los gastos o facturas pagadas con la ayuda y cuando la
subvención concedida sea mayor e 20.000 € se hará mediante la presentación de la cuenta
bancaria justificativa junto con un informe de auditor de cuentas.
PLAZO DE PRESENTACIÓN DE LA SOLICITUD: comenzará el 19 de julio de 2021 a las 9:00
horas hasta el 10 de septiembre a las 12:00 horas.
